Prophet Abiara Urges Nigerians not to listen to prophesies of doom.

GENERAL Evangelist of Christ Apostolic (CAC) Worldwide, Prophet S. K. Abiara, has urged Nigerians to remain optimistic about the country turning the corner economically, urging Nigerians to discountenance prophesies of doom about the country’s fortunes, this year.Abiara, in his New Year message, avowed that God himself would revive the economy of the nation, but stated that what was imperative for all Nigerians was to be hardworking.

Furthermore, he declared that the recession would soon be history, and that the nation’s economy would rebound for the better.

“Nigerian government and Nigerian people must not worry about the economic recession. It is going to be a thing of the past. God will do a new thing. God Himself will revive the economy of this nation. God will do a new thing.”

“Don’t listen to the prophecy of doom this year, you are God people. God owns this nation. This year is your year, a year of happiness, a year of grace, a year that you will achieve good things. This year, don’t be afraid, God will be your Alpha and Omega if you can move closer to God this year.”

“This year, don’t be a lazy person, a lazy woman, a lazy student. Work, work, work. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; you are dust, and to dust you shall return,” Abiara said.

While congratulating President Muhammadu Buhari for successes recorded in the battle against insurgency, Abiara urged the Federal Government to make the welfare of men of the armed forces and other security agencies utmost priority.

“I want to congratulate the President for overcoming the Boko Harram. The battle is not for man, is to God and God has won the battle for this nation. We want to congratulate the Nigeria Army and other Armed Forces and other security agencies for their courage in facing the battle and God won the battle for them.”

“I want to advice the Federal Government to make our Armed Forces and all our security gents happy in a way that they can say to them ‘well done’. I want to advice the Federal Government to please pursue unity because `United we stand, divided we fall.’”
