FG makes crucial announcement concerning N-power, sets new date for reopening of portal


The N-Power portal is set to be reopened on Tuesday June 13, 2017

The purpose of its creation is to provide assistance for the youths in Nigeria


The federal government has announced a new date for the commencement of N-power registration.


According to the announcement which was made via the scheme's twitter handle, the N-Power portal will be reopened for registration on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

The N-Power Volunteer Corps is part of the Federal government’s Social Investment Programmes, under which it plans to hire 350,000 unemployed graduates.


The purpose of its creation is to provide assistance for the youths in Nigeria. Its main aim is to provide people with lifetime skills to become decision makers and solutions providers for the country. The youth accounts for a significant portion of the labour market.


N-Power recruitment is designed to resolve the situation. Throughout this Programme, the youths of Nigeria in the age bracket 18 to 35 will be able to establish, develop and put into practice profitable projects.


N-Power portal was made for changing the community for the better as well as changing the whole economic sector.
