Building Collapses, Mother and Daughter Killed (Photos)

A mother and her daughter have been found dead after an uncompleted building collapsed. The affected building is located at Seidu Ekeleji Street, Alaro, Meiran in the Agbado - Oke Odo area of Lagos.

Eye witness report stated that the late mother and her children was last seen washing clothes in the building, when it collapsed on them this afternoon. It was also gathered that it was not the woman and her family that was in the building as at the time of occurrence.

The Lagos state Emergency Management Agency LASEMA and RRS on arrival was able to rescue one person from the rubble and working tirelessly with the locals to ensure more people are rescued as well.

People in the affected location were seen furiously yelling at the Emergency Officials because of their late response but still lent a hand to rescue the people trapped under the rubble.
