Pictured is Rumuowha Farm Road in Eneka area of Rivers state. The
flood sacked so many landlords and tenants in the area and the
landlords came together to dig this trench as their capacity can carry
them. The landlords are saying that with a little support from
the Rivers State Government, the issue of flooding will be over in the
area.
NB: The good thing about the area is that there is a swamp that the water can be channeled into.
