An okada rider was knocked down by a vehicle while being punished by a policeman for parking wrongly on Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
According to the video footage by Instablog9ja, the man was seen doing a Frog Jump under the supervision of a gun-toting policeman.
After a few jumps, the man stood up and fled. He was, however, chased by the policeman but was knocked down by an oncoming vehicle.
